Jill Quinn Babcock is an artist working in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Mostly self taught, she has spent her life drawing and painting, using all media, but is truly addicted to watercolor.

Jill is an active member of Visual Arts Nova Scotia, and is an associate with the Canadian Society of Water Color Artists. She began illustrating books in 1997, and has had an active business with portraits for over 20 years. She began teaching in 1991 with various workshops.

She has a fabulous husband who puts up with all this, and four sons, 27, 25, 23 and 12. This site will hopefully showcase her creations and act as a conduit for you, the art lover.
